Why Repetition Is The Point
A practical you have done once is a memory. A practical you have done ten times is a skill. The 3D labs exist so that every student, in a school with a lab or without one, can rehearse Paper 3 until the method is automatic.

Reset the bench and run the practical a second, fifth or twentieth time. Every run gives you different values to measure, so you cannot memorise a result — you learn the method.

Start With Your Subject
Each science has its own page with the full list of practicals, the parts of the syllabus they cover and the tutor that teaches it: KCSE Chemistry, KCSE Physics and KCSE Biology. For every other subject, the Practice Buddy and the tutors work from the syllabus and from the past papers you give them.
Questions
Can I really repeat a practical as often as I like?
Yes. Nothing is consumed and nothing breaks for good. Reset the bench and the practical starts again with new values, so each run is a fresh rehearsal rather than a replay.
Are the practicals the actual KCSE ones?
They are built from the KCSE syllabus and the practical skills KNEC examines in Paper 3: titrations, qualitative analysis and rates in Chemistry; lenses, refraction, springs, density and upthrust in Physics; food tests, enzymes, osmosis, transpiration, photosynthesis and respiration in Biology. KNEC sets new questions every year; these teach the methods those questions test.
